Since 2010 I have run my own coaching and training practice, creating tailor-made programmes for international teams and professionals. My work spans team cohesion, cross-cultural intelligence, inclusive collaboration and personal coaching — sometimes in seminar rooms, sometimes outdoors, and occasionally alongside horses as learning partners. Whether I am facilitating a multicultural workshop, supporting a leadership team through change, or coaching someone seeking clarity and direction, my focus is always to create a safe, reflective, and energising space where people can grow.
Some moons ago, my career actually began in the travel and hospitality sector before moving into HR, where I supported global teams and advised leaders in complex environments. I specialised in Diversity & Inclusion, where e.g. I was the project manager of creating a blended learning programme on intercultural competence for the Shell Group.
This diverse experience brings a pragmatic business view on my clients’ reality, which I combine with solid coaching expertise. Additionally, my own multicultural journey has given great insights — which I use, when relevant, in helping others navigate their paths with confidence, curiosity and authenticity.
